High-quality stainless steel slabs or hot rolled coils are selected according to the required grade, thickness, width and chemical composition.
The stainless steel is hot rolled to the required intermediate thickness before entering the cold rolling process.
The hot rolled coil is treated to remove oxidation scale and surface impurities, providing a clean surface for subsequent cold rolling.
The material passes through precision cold rolling mills to reduce thickness and achieve the required thickness tolerance, flatness and surface quality.
Controlled heat treatment restores ductility and adjusts the material's microstructure and mechanical properties after cold rolling.
The annealed material is cleaned and pickled to remove oxide scale and ensure a clean, uniform stainless steel surface.
Light rolling is performed to improve flatness, surface appearance, dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.
The finished coil can be processed into custom widths, narrow strips or sheets according to customer requirements.
Each coil is inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, thickness, width, flatness, surface quality and dimensional tolerances. MTC and third-party inspection can be provided when required.
Finished coils are packed using export seaworthy packaging, protected against moisture, impact and corrosion during transportation.
