Stainless steel slabs are selected according to the required grade, chemical composition and product specification.
The stainless steel slab is heated to a controlled high temperature to achieve the required plasticity for hot rolling.
The heated slab passes through a series of rolling mills to reduce its thickness and increase its length, producing stainless steel coils with the required dimensions.
Heat treatment is applied to optimize the material's microstructure, ductility and mechanical properties.
The surface is treated to remove oxide scale generated during high-temperature processing, producing a clean and uniform surface.
Precision leveling improves flatness and dimensional stability, ensuring the coil meets the specified requirements.
According to customer requirements, hot rolled coils can be further processed into slit coils, strips or sheets.
Finished products undergo inspection of chemical composition, mechanical properties, thickness, width, flatness, surface condition and dimensional tolerances.
The finished coils are securely packed with waterproof protection, steel strapping and suitable export packaging for safe international transportation.
