Types of Stainless Steel Elbows

90° Elbow
The most commonly used elbow for changing pipe direction by 90°. Suitable for general process and industrial piping.

45° Elbow
Provides a smoother directional change with lower flow disturbance, commonly used where gradual changes in direction are required.

180° Return Elbow
Used to reverse the flow direction by 180°, commonly found in heat exchangers, heating systems and specialized piping.

Long Radius Elbow
Typically has a radius of 1.5D, providing smoother flow and lower pressure loss. Widely used in process, chemical and petrochemical piping.

Short Radius Elbow
Typically has a radius of 1D, offering a more compact installation where space is limited.
